Elaine Webb

Partner

After completing a Law Degree, Elaine worked as a Housing Advisor in London before deciding to return to the law.  She qualified as a Barrister in 1990 but decided to convert her qualification in order to practise as a Solicitor.  Elaine was admitted in 1992 and worked for a London firm on civil, criminal and family cases before moving to Suffolk in 1995.  She joined Kerseys in September 2007 and was made Partner in August 2011.

Specialist Expertise

Elaine specialises in family work and is a member of the Law Society's Family and Children Panels.  She is also a member of Resolution and strongly supports the Code of Practice, which encourages family lawyers to work towards resolving disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way.
