Legislation relating to housing is complex and continually changing. We are one of only two firms in Ipswich to demonstrate and maintain the necessary housing law expertise which qualifies a practice for a legal aid franchise.
 
We have acted for hundreds of tenants and mortgagees who have run into difficulty with rent or mortgage repayments, or had other claims.
