Iain qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined Kerseys in 2011.

Born in Colchester and with a degree in Business Law, Iain has worked both in private practice and in industry, including positions within the legal department of a national retailer and a property development company.

He has also trained as a Commercial Mediator.

• Involvement in drafting of significant bespoke contract documents for high value international business.
• Assisting inventor of children's toy to form a new company and prepare all agreements for investors, to allow funding and take her product from concept to production.

Personal Interests

Iain enjoys his family of three young daughters, and when time permits, he is a keen sportsman and is never happier than when on, in or near water – which are often interchangeable! He also enjoys music, art and motoring.
