Rosemary Carter

Rosemary Carter joined Kerseys in April 2005, from Central London firm Lee & Pembertons. A former National Chairman of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), she has specialised in family law for over twenty years.

Rosemary is an accredited mediator and a member of the Civil Mediation Council. She is a regular commentator on family law issues in print and broadcast media and a former member of the Law Society Council and Family Law Committee.

Specialist expertise

• All legal aspects of separation and divorce with particular emphasis on financial settlements, including cases with an international element.
• Advising on, negotiation and settlement of prenuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements.

Principal clients

Her client base consists of UK and overseas individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including businessmen and businesswomen, professionals, landowners and people in the entertainment world.

Personal interests
