Rosemary Carter

Rosemary Carter, described in the legal press as 'both sharp and very pleasant', joined Kerseys in April 2005, from Central London firm Lee & Pembertons. A former National Chairman of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), she has specialised in family law for over twenty years.
Rosemary is an accredited mediator. She is also a regular commentator on family law issues in print and broadcast media and a former member of the Law Society Council and Family Law Committee.
